1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, as per the legal drinking age, and who are residents of countries where it is legal to participate.
• For UK residents only.
• Employees of Bellamie, their immediate family members, or anyone else directly connected with the organisation are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• Participants must sign up for the Bellamie Cherry Liqueur newsletter using the provided QR code or sign-up form.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will not increase the chances of winning.

3. Competition Period

• The competition begins on Wednesday 27th November 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on Sunday 1st December 2024.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. The Prize

• One winner will receive a 70cl bottle of Bellamie Cherry Liqueur.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are available.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within 7 days of the competition's closing date.
• The winner will be notified by email to the address provided during sign-up within 10 days of the competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification email, Bellamie Cherry Liqueur reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Delivery of Prize

• The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address within 30 days of the winner's confirmation. Delivery is limited to areas where shipping of alcoholic beverages is permitted.
• Bellamie Cherry Liqueur will not be responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to the prize.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• By entering the competition, participants agree to subscribe to the Bellamie Cherry Liqueur newsletter. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
• Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with Bellamie Cherry Liqueur’s Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
• Data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and for sending marketing communications from Bellamie Cherry Liqueur.

8. General Terms

• Bellamie Cherry Liqueur reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, United Kingdom.
