Mai Chérie
A luxurious cognac and cherry riff on a Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 37.5ml of Cognac
- 19ml of Bellamie
- 12.5ml of Orgeat syrup
- 19ml of lemon juice
Craft
(1) Add ice to a shaker
(2) Add all the ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously
(3) Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice
(4) Garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry
