Bellamie Negroni
A candied version of the Negroni classic
Ingredients
- 30ml of gin
- 25ml of Bellamie
- 20ml of sweet vermouth
- 5ml of Campari
Craft
(1) Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
(2) Stir thoroughly until the glass becomes cold on the outside
(3) Strain into a rocks or tumbler glass and add a chunky ice cube
(4) Garnish with a lemon peel, which you can squeeze over the glass beforehand to express the essential oils – if you're feeling fancy
